General Policies
Paws Up requires an initial consultation in your home before reservations are made. This is a very important visit! We spend as much time as needed to collect information from owners on the likes, dislikes,feeding and habits of pets as well as the security associated with the home. The best part, your pet gets to SNIFF us out!!
It is always best to schedule your consult well in advance of your pet sitting needs. Holidays tend to book weeks in advance and we only take 6 canine and 4 feline clients per day. We ask that you provide us with your preferred time of day for pet care in the initial consultation. We strive to stay as close to your pets routine as possible. Paws Up does take into consideration when scheduling special needs, age and location.
Note: Should you decide to return early from a trip, please give us a call. The best way to reach Paws Up is via telephone between the hours of 7AM & 9PM, Monday -Sunday. If you should extend your trip, we will add an additional $2.00 per day to your invoice.
Important!
**Payment: Due upon receipt. Accounts with payment received 14 days after pet care will accrue a 10% penalty.
**Reservations over 5 days in length, initial deposit of 1/2
**Cancellations: Services cancelled less than 24 hours of reservation - $20 fee.
**All cat parents! We reuire a minimum of one visit per day in order to provide proper care and attention to your feline friend.
**We require a minimum of 3 visits per day for parents of dogs traveling over 24 hrs.
Medical Policies
All dogs and cats must be up to date on vaccinations. We ask that you provide copies of all vaccination records during the initial consultation. In the event your pet becomes ill or requires medical care under our supervision, we will call you immediately. However, should we not be able to reach you, we ask permission to contact your preferred veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital.
