Paws Up, LLC

We are so relieved that we found Paws Up! Laura took the time to get to know our dogs before we left them in her care. Now we can go out of town without feeling guilty for leaving the pups. They are much more comfortable staying at home than they would be in a kennel, and they
LOVE Laura!

 

 

WOW!! It is such a great feeling to be able to go away on vacation or small trips and NOT have to worry about our pets! The hassle of boarding and transporting, much less

trying to take them with you on your trip, is all avoided with Paws Up. We feel like we are leaving our loyal, and loved member of the family with a friend, a friend to both us and our pet!

"My husband and I have two kids...Shetland Sheepdogs named Adonis and Venus.  They have never been proponents of being left at the veterinarian's when we'd go on trips.  I guess one might say they are a wee bit spoiled! 
 
Laura took care of our 'babies' when we went on a trip to Florida the week before Christmas.  She visited several times before we left so they would be use to her, and she had us fill out paperwork indicating their likes and dislikes, medical issues, etc.  Adonis and Venus took to her immediately...a great accomplishment in and of itself, since they are normally very shy and hesitant around strangers.  Laura's visits were well-timed for their wants and needs, and she kept a running commentary on how they spent their day together!  Being over-indulgent 'parents', we did call to check in on them when we knew Laura would be there....and when we came home, we could tell that they definitely had been well taken care of and didn't have that panic-stricken look of 'get me out of here' when they'd stayed at the kennel! 
 
In closing, we were totally pleased with the care that Laura provided.  It is such a pleasure to come home to your pets and have them not give you 'that look'!  We have several trips planned in 2009 and will definitely be calling upon Laura again!"
